What type of clothing do you call the Modcloth over the shirt/blouse? Vest dress ?Coat dress ? Double breasted dress ? As a dress it is nice to see pockets !

I love the Modcloth outfit in today's Femulate Her. The tights add class to the whole outfit. I think I'd team the jumper with burgundy top though.
