Here in Connecticut the non-discrimination law was written to make sure it covered everyone including non-binary, queer, crossdressing, everyone who crosses the gender binaries… 21) "Gender identity or expression" means a person's gender-related identity, appearance or behavior, whether or not that gender-related identity, appearance or behavior is different from that traditionally associated with the person's physiology or assigned sex at birth, which gender-related identity can be shown by providing evidence including, but not limited to, medical history, care or treatment of the gender-related identity, consistent and uniform assertion of the gender-related identity or any other evidence that the gender-related identity is sincerely held, part of a person's core identity or not being asserted for an improper purpose. Notice it says nothing about transitioning, nor medical intervention, it just says “a person's gender-related identity, appearance or behavior, whether or not that gender-related identity, appearance or behavior is different from that traditionally associated with the person's physiology or assigned sex at birth.” That is a very broad umbrella.
The Trump Supreme Court just old Herr Trump he can do whatever he wants to do without any consequences as long as what he does is within his official capacity as President. Nowhere did I read he has to abide the United States Title Code. FDR issued Executive Order 9066 that put citizens of Japanese heritage in internment camps. Herr Trump already has a part of his program to intern migrants who do not possess proper documentation. What makes you think he will not extend that policy to legal immigrants holding valid Green Cards? Herr Hitler did not do it alone. Hitler had the backing of his brown shirts. Herr Trump has the backing of his red-hats and many in positions of power in Congress and state and local levels. He has forewarned the country. Why not believe him?

That's a scary picture. Back in the day when I was crossdressing a lot this was a fear. I'm talking mid 70's to mid to late 80's. Cops could arrest you for loitering, prostitution or whatever crap they could find. I was always very nervous when visiting Adult Book Sores in NYC. Most cops didn't care about this but politically driven raids caught a couple of friends of mine. Booked and ending up with records for being arrested for prostitution. In the military many were given dishonorable discharges just gor being gay or CD or worse, both. Ruined their lives! Happily luck was on my side and I escaped that. Another friend was dressed passably as a female. Was arrested in Texas, put in jail fully female dressed with the men. He said he was raped and orally sodomized by many prisoners.. C.O.'s didn't care. He was released with no charges and to protect his career he said nothing. So I could see it happen. There's been crazier events. Great picture to, girls gorgeous!
