The cartoon reminds me of a Sunday morning when it was -9 deg. C/15 deg. F (which is quite cold for the DFW, Texas area), and I wore a maxi dress to church along with heeled boots. I saw during Coffee Hour I was the only one wearing a dress. I was sitting at a table with several women, all wearing trousers, and I said, "It takes a man to wear a dress", and boy, did the women react!
My first instinct when I see a human form wearing a dress is to check to see if it is a "guy in a dress" since it is a rarity to see a woman wearing a dress. It seems the only time I see a lot of women wearing a dress it is in hot weather.
