I love that you've shown the magic of cartoons. As soon as the big masculine man puts on the dress, all of a sudden his hips get round, his waist gets smaller and he gets world-class boobs! Oh, and he sprouts a head of long beautiful hair and his all of a sudden shaved legs taper down to some smaller feet. Magic.
I came across the image on the Internet years ago. However, as a kid, I collected lots of cards (baseball, football, monsters, science fiction, Civil War, JFK, etc.) and I did have some of the Funny Valentines, but not the one I posted here.

The card was #8 in a series of Funny Valentines published circa 1960 by Topps, the company best known for publishing baseball cards.
