I am not aware of such a list.
One way I learn about such events is to set up a Google Alert to automatically send me emails whenever there is new Internet content that includes the word “womanless.”

By the way, I have thousands of womanless event images on flickr for your viewing enjoyment. Most of them were culled from online high school yearbooks by my friend Starla and the collection is quite diverse.

I never had the chance to use a womanless event as "cover," but I wonder how I'd have reacted given the chance. My fem self was always my deepest darkest secret and I always had a fear that putting on a dress where people could see me might raise suspicions. I had friends who dressed as girls/women for Halloween but I was just so paranoid I could never muster up the courage to risk what probably wasn't that much of a risk.
