I have a commercial VHS video of FEMALE IMPERSONATOR OF THE YEAR Pageant in Texas (sometime in the 1980's, I believe). Ruth Buzzi and Lyle Waggoner were the hosts. One of the contestants was Michael Andrews. I don't know if the video was ever made available on DVD.
I did a search for female impersonator video and saw two versions of that. I also noticed a hit on The Mentalist Season 4, show 21, "Ruby Slippers". I think I remember watching it and thinking it was reasonably good. Perhaps someone else has a better memory or has the series.
