Crossdressing content aside, your captions to New Yorker cartoons are generally funnier than the real captions. But this may be damning with faint praise. ;)
Stana, about Jim Bailey, please check the year, I think it was the 60's and maybe the 70's as I rememeber him doing Carson and the Tonight Show. It was always a highlight for me when I knew he was going to be on. Lisa
Stana, I remember Jim Bailey too, but I always saw him on the Carroll Burnett Show. I was always amazed that he looked and sang so good. He usually imitated Liza or Barbara Streisand. Here was a mainstream male entertainer who only acted as female. Why couldn't I do that.
