I highly recommend reading Donna's recent blog posting titled The Cost of Doing Business.She is a very brave trans-woman!
I so identify with what she has done. It's what I want to do, but not until the state or fed passes some transgender anti-discrimination legislation.
I actually read that article yesterday, and was impressed by the way she has been herself :D

For now, I'll just stay in 'boy mode' for work... I really hope Donna won't have to switch back to that!
